Chulbul Pandey, the young boy of Uttar Pradesh, lives with mother, stepdad and his young brother (Makkhi). He is severely angry because his step-father always take part of his own son. After 21 years, he becomes cruel, and sometimes becomes like a crooked cop, and he thinks himself "Robin Hood." He starts doing everything following his own way; whether as it's against corrupted politicians and thug Chedi Singh, is fighting a family feud, or having romance with stunning Rajo.
