Review of Splinter Cell Full Movie: While Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed adaptation didn’t make an eagle dive a big splash at the domestic box office, a relatively strong international performance kept the Michael Fassbender- starrer from being a write-off and turned it into a decent earner. The film continues its rollout in China and Japan in February and March respectively, but Ubisoft isn’t waiting on the final numbers to move ahead with their next video game adaptation: Splinter Cell.
The Tom Clancy-inspired/endorsed video game franchise is already set up to star Tom Hardy in the lead and will be produced in part by Basil Iwanyk. Our own Steve Weintraub had a chance to sit down with Iwanyk for his part in John Wick: Chapter 2 and managed to get some timely updates on the state of the stealth-action movie. The good news for fans is that this thing is still a go, even though we haven’t heard any news on its progress in some time; the bad news is that I’m not sure just how much the Splinter Cell movie will resemble its video game namesake.
The first 15 minutes of this movie was really strong. It gripped me and I thought I was going to be in for a good movie! However, it kind of falls apart more and more as it goes on. By the time I got to the end of it, I just felt like I was sucker punched. There may be a few guilty moments of entertainment in this one, but I can't say that it is a good movie.
I actually liked the movie! I guess the dialogue was kinda weird at the beginning, at lear for me (I watched in my language so I don't know how it is on the Original version), the acting is pretty good at some points, I felt the plot was also kinda fast and the main message of the movie got lost, but for me, it was enjoyable. While it gets to the blood and guts (with which there is plenty) in no time, this movie is utterly devoid of any discernible plot
I always count the number of major producers in any production. Usually the more there are the worse the film\tv show\show is. It holds true here. 6 production companies in the intro. I love John Cusack. I love Samuel L. I love Stephen King. This should and could have been awesome. I want a redo with a different director and fewer ppl in the writing room. Having read and loved the book, I looked forward to seeing this. It's 2018 and I just found out this movie existed. If I ever get cancer, I blame this abomination. Samuel L. knew it was terrible too. His acting was devoid of any emotion. The book had amazing character development. This movie had none, and I felt no emotion towards the characters at all. While the ending of the book was a bit confusing, it left the future up to the reader's imagination. The movie ending was totally confusing. The Phoners were far more than zombies. This film didn't care. It was "Night Of The Living Living." Fetid trash. I'd rather die than ever see this again.

There was a time when the Dracula movies were the rage. Now we are in a zombie movie period. This zombie one reminds the 70s film Invasion of the body snatchers. Today, we don't waste time on details in movies, we go right to the gruesome. In any case, this was a not so new take. Too psychopathic and a bit ridiculous in how cruel zombies and anti-zombies are. Felt like English vs Indians. Good last line though: "we're going to Canada". But please, don't come here!
It was slightly better than what the reviews have rated it but in the end, it was not very good. I am biased as a zombie fan but this was not really a zombie film. If it was it would be in the bottom tier of the worst ones. Halfway through I thought it was going to be ok but as it went on and the ending made the movie just flat bad really. Still worth a watch if you like zombie movies... I guess.
I found it to be a good movie. People kill me with reading a 200-page story and expect it to be in a full movie. If you a real novel reader, Like Me you will know the movies based of a book but not like the book. So get real and enjoy the movie or go read another novel.
